  17.      rrccssbbrreeaakk is used to break RCS locks owned  by  others.   For
  18.      each  _f_i_l_e  specified  on the command line, the file will be
  19.      changed to have been checked  out  by  the  person  invoking
  20.      rrccssbbrreeaakk.     The  file  itself  is not modified, so it will
  21.      continue to be owned by the original holder of the lock.   A
  22.      typical  use  of  rrccssbbrreeaakk is to obtain the lock in order to
  23.      check a file in on behalf of another user, leaving the  file
  24.      writable:
  25.           rrccssbbrreeaakk _f_i_l_e
  26.           ccii --ll _f_i_l_e
  27.      The rrccssddiiffff program may be used  to  determine  the  changes
  28.      already  made  to  the  file, for the purpose of logging the
  29.      change.  Alternatively, the ccoo program may be used to  check
  30.      out the previous version of the file, discarding any changes
  31.      made by the former holder of the lock.

  33.      rrccssbbrreeaakk sends mail to the former  owner  of  each  lock  it
  34.      breaks, informing the owner that the lock has been broken.
